1. Booking your appointment

Online appointments are booked through our booking partner, Book in Beautiful, on our Book Online page. You will receive a confirmation from them once your appointment is booked.

Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your appointment.

2. Changes and cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment, by calling 0117 370 4225 or using the link in your booking confirmation.

If you arrive late we will do our best to treat you, but we may need to shorten the treatment so the next client is not delayed.

Missed appointments or repeated late cancellations may mean we ask for a deposit before future bookings.

3. Consultations, patch tests and suitability

Some treatments, such as laser, HIFU and peels, need a consultation or patch test before your first session. We will tell you if this applies.

Please tell us about any medical conditions, medication, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding. We may decline or postpone a treatment if it is not safe or suitable for you.

Some treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and over.

4. Results

Everyone's skin and body respond differently, so results vary and cannot be guaranteed. We will explain what to expect during your consultation.

5. Prices and payment

Prices shown on our website are correct at the time of booking. Payment is taken at the clinic. Courses and packages are personal to you and not transferable.

6. Your privacy

We use the details you give us, whether you book online or send us an enquiry, only to arrange your appointments and answer your questions. They are never sold or shared for marketing.
