Before you book
Your first sunbed session should be short, usually just a few minutes, depending on your skin type. We check your skin on your first visit and recommend a safe starting time, then you can build up gradually.
Sunbeds give out UV radiation, which increases the risk of skin ageing, burning and skin cancer. If you choose to use a sunbed, keep sessions short and infrequent, never let your skin burn and always wear protective eyewear.
Leave at least 48 hours between sunbed sessions so your skin can recover, and avoid using a sunbed on the same day as natural sunbathing. Over-exposure increases the risk of burning and skin damage.
Our sunbed in south Bristol is 75p per minute pay-as-you-go, or £40 per month for unlimited use during opening hours.
Avoid sunbeds for at least two weeks before and after laser hair removal, and after peels, microneedling and some facials, because UV can increase the risk of burns and pigmentation. We will advise you on timing.
